Common Areas

In the heart of a privileged natural environment, stands a multifunctional house that combines the essence of a vacation home, an event space and a coliving-coworking space.

This innovative project stands out for its sustainable renovation, which has reused traditional materials and collaborated with local artisans to create a welcoming and authentic environment. The harmony between contemporary design and artisanal techniques not only beautifies the space, but also promotes sustainability and respect for cultural heritage.

The multifunctionality of the house is reflected in its multiple spaces carefully designed. The house is distributed in first floor, second floor and second floor. On the first floor are the kitchen-dining room, ideal for living together, and three double bedrooms with their own bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy. On the second floor, there is a large living room, divided into two areas, along with three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Finally, the second floor houses the huge coworking space, which includes two meeting rooms and an office, facilitating a productive and collaborative environment. In addition, there is an annex building that houses the workshop, bicycle parking, a laundry room and two rooms with a shared bathroom, expanding the options for guests.

Sustainability is a fundamental pillar of this house, which incorporates advanced home automation systems to optimize energy use and user comfort. Equipped with high-efficiency insulation, solar energy and aerothermal energy, the building minimizes its environmental impact and promotes a green lifestyle. In addition, it makes efficient use of water, using resources from an ancestral mine and storing rainwater, which contributes to the conservation of the natural environment.
